Great book! Really delicious recipes from many of the best of Portland! I bought this as a present for my wife and am now getting the pleasure of eating fantastic meals made from the recipes within! YUMM

This is a beautiful cookbook that shows a lot of thought and work to interview all the chefs included, test their recipes and then write an interesting piece about them and their restaurants. I haven't had time to try out the recipes, but will do so as soon as I can. So many of them sound like they will be delicious. Ms. Centoni should do more cookbooks like this one on other cities!

I discovered this cookbook while walking around Portland on a sunny afternoon. The pricing on Amazon was much better and I've enjoyed trying my hand at several recipes from some of our favorite PDX restaurants including Ataula, Besaw's, St. Jack and more.

Love this book. If you enjoy local Portland food this is a great buy for anyone who wants to replicate it in their kitchen!

Not a great collection of receipts representing Reatsurant in Pirtland

Beautiful book. I really like the recipes and idea behind this book. There are a couple of restaurants I would have included but then again Portland has so many great spots you would need a much bigger book.
